How To Prevent Negative Energies Stopping You
I was asked by a wonderful friend who is an incredible Spiritual Healer in her own right about a challenge she has been experiencing.
Her question was this:
May I ask you something about the energetic door you mentioned? I just tried to do it today. It is open and wonderful in the moment. But how do you prevent naive needy energies from monopolizing you and preventing you from doing the work you need to do? I am learning from you which is wonderful for me. You are so clear and kind that I feel comfortable asking and learning this from you.
The Response is a story based upon my own experiences and the learning that I have had.
The teachings of most in the spiritual realm are based upon the fear that there is something out there that “interrupts, or will injure, or lower our vibrations or cause us harm in any way”. Thus the teachings are that we must protect ourselves with many different methods including white light, protection bubbles and calling upon greater beings to protect us.
I was taught this at the very beginning and whilst I had many experiences of other energies there was always something that felt off when I would offer a protection bubble or white light process.
As my connection grew the realisation of the false premise was shared with me.
I had nothing to fear but my own manifestation of fear. What this means is that here I was advancing down my spiritual path, becoming more enlightened and empowered on my journey – as I grew and aligned with my “Source Counsel” I understood that there is no energy that can monopolise me and stop me from doing what I want to do. Whether I am channelling a message or energetically clearing – I have such a powerful belief in my vibration that is completely unwavering that I believe there is no energy more powerful that can disturb my flow.
What this means to my work is that I can break through all blockages and sabotages and energetic interruptions without “breaking a sweat”, without naive needy energies being able to exist around me. My vibration and the vibration of the needy naive energies are on such different frequencies it is impossible for there to be any alignment. Remember the Universal laws are always in alignment.
For the actual work – when my flow is on – nothing can get in as I am part of my “god alignment”. This makes my energy the ultimate in purity and strength. It also means that I no longer live in fear of spiritual energies.
It has enabled me to flow anywhere, anytime, doing anything, even driving – I channel when I am driving and allow “Source Counsel” to guide my body & the car – it has made for some incredible driving experiences.
To stop those naive energies, create an empowered belief – that when you are connected to your flow – you are at your highest vibrationary alignment, that you are so connected that the energetic noise simply disappears.
A method to practice is to go to your local shopping mall or coffee shop and while sitting there – breathe gently and cleanly into your body then focus your awareness on someone until you can’t actually hear or see anyone else.
This simple exercise teaches focus of the senses. You can do it in more quieter places, however I find that when in a crowded room it’s much easier to filter the noise out through raising my vibration.
I was at a party a few months ago and it was a small apartment, there were about 50 people in the lounge (small lounge) & I was sitting on the couch with 1 other person – he had just broken up with his girlfriend and was feeling pretty low. I worked with him and after about 20 mins of us chatting – he looked up and there was this wall of people in front of us – everyone had their back to us as if they were leaning up against an invisible wall. There were 2 seats empty beside us but no one sat there – he asked me what did I do – and that’s the power of focused energy – I focused my energy so clearly around him and created such a strong safe place that no one and no energy could actually get in. I laughed when he questioned it and then took a breath and shifted the vibration and within about 5 seconds someone walked into the space & sat down next to us.
Strengthen your focus, release the fear that other energies could interrupt you and embrace how incredibly powerful you are.
Being in your power confident of your abilities is an essential requirement of living in this physical world.
